UK Shipping:

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service of choice & are in part governed by their prices / process.

Our processing time is approximately 1-3 days.

You can also upgrade your delivery option to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (1 business day) for £6.85.

All prices are currently fixed at £5.00 for delivery with £1.00 for an additional item.

You can also upgrade your delivery option to Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for £9.50.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, your orders will be sent untracked (unless you ave paid specially for this service). Once they have been sent off, we will be unable to give you any information as to their whereabouts. Apologies!

Due to the nature of custom orders and their personalisation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this moment in time - they were made with care & consideration with you in mind. However if there are any issues please free to contact us to help rectify any problems.
