Let's face it some days are a lot better than others, in fact some can be so bad that you can feel like you'd happily jump into bed and sleep till a happier day comes. However one thing I try to do even if I wake up in a not so palatable mood is try to give myself a mini pep talk with one or two more positive thoughts and try to establish a good mood to help impact on the upcoming day. Sometimes the positivity works like a dream and at other times factors outside of our control still get in the way. Here's a list of some things we all need a bit of daily reminding on, what do you tell yourself or others regularly to have a better day?

#01 || I survived the last disaster of a day & I'll do it again

#02 || Everything worth fighting for is hard to get

#03 || Comparison is the thief of joy, don't compare

#04 || Other folks don't define me 

#05 || I don't know everything & that's ok (neither does anyone else)

#06 || A project can fail but whilst it can be upsetting it'll be ok

#07 ||  I make a difference to others (& myself) even if it's small

#08 || If I want to be healthier I can be but if I also want inhale all the pizza I can do. It's about having some kind of balance

#09 || I choose to focus on what I can control & try to let go of what I can't

#10 || Everything will work out in the end. If it hasn’t worked out yet, it’s not the end

#11 || Today is a new day (& yesterday doesn't define me)
